Job Description
Are you looking for a great East Valley location?
Do you have a high attention to detail and enjoy making sure things are accurate? If yes, we are working on what may be a perfect position for you!
What you will do :- Weekly bank imports
- Data input / tracking in excel spreadsheet
- Possibly smaller bank reconciliations
- Help with A / P processing (entering bills)
- Review / audit employee expense reports
- Help track missing receipts for credit card purchases
- Enter A / R invoices
- Make deposits (prepare deposit and scan checks to bank)
- 2+ years of general AP or AR experience
- High degree of accuracy and detail with repetitive work
