Job Overview

Vaco Phoenix is looking for a Receptionist / Accounting Clerk for a top client in Central Phoenix! The Receptionist / Accounting Clerk will manage front‑desk communications and administrative tasks while accurately handling basic accounting duties such as invoicing, data entry, and record maintenance. This is a 4‑month contract position that is in‑office and looking to hire immediately. Pay is up to $30 per hour depending on experience.

• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications.
• Maintain front‑desk operations, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
• Perform data entry, filing, and organization of financial and administrative records.
• Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Process and reconcile daily transactions and prepare routine financial reports.
• Support office staff with administrative tasks, document preparation, and correspondence.
• Maintain a clean, professional reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Handle confidential information with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.

• 3‑5 years’ experience in an administrative support / accounting position.
• Quick Books Experience
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

• Pay up to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
