Herbally Yours, a contract manufacturer of liquid, powder, capsule, and topical dietary supplements, is seeking a highly organized, proactive Sourcing Specialist to support our growing product development and production pipelines.

• Source raw materials, packaging components, and specialty ingredients for a diverse range of dietary supplement products
• Obtain and evaluate quotes, MOQs, COAs, specs, lead times, and regulatory compliance documentation
• Conduct supplier outreach, qualification, and ongoing performance evaluations
• Build and maintain cost models, sourcing databases, and vendor files
• Partner with R&D, Production, QA/QC, and Customer Service to meet project timelines and standards
• Manage procurement timelines to prevent stockouts and support production scheduling
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supply chain efficiency
• Support NSF, Organic, Kosher, Halal, and cGMP compliance throughout the supply chain

• 25 years of purchasing or sourcing experience (manufacturing or CPG preferred)
• Familiarity with dietary supplement ingredients, nutraceuticals, or food/beverage categories a major plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Batch Master, Net Suite, etc.) a bonus
• High attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and comfort juggling multiple priorities
• Ability to analyze cost structures, quotes, and supplier data
• Passion for building reliable, ethical, and cost‑effective supply chains

• Curious, resourceful, and persistent — you like hunting things down
• Fast, accurate, and unafraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions
• Equally comfortable emailing vendors, reviewing documents, and updating databases
• Team‑oriented but independent — you take ownership and keep the ball moving
