Summary: This role serves as a key strategic partner between U.S. business teams and the Global Capability Center (GCC), helping drive alignment, visibility, and accountability across shared work streams. The position will use data and strong cross-functional relationships to identify capacity needs, risks, and opportunities, resolve issues, and help ensure work continues moving effectively across teams and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary strategic partner between GCC leadership and U.S. business participants across supported work streams.
- Build strong, positive relationships that promote clear communication, shared accountability, and alignment on priorities and expectations.
- Build insight into demand, workload, capacity, and resource needs across work streams, and surface potential constraints or coverage gaps.
- Review and analyze GCC reports daily to identify priorities, risks, dependencies, and required handoffs; provide GCC with a daily prioritie's report at the start of its working day; and coordinate what GCC should advance while U.S. teams are offline and what U.S. teams must complete so GCC can continue progressing work and meeting field needs.
- Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, risks, and trends that may affect service delivery, business outcomes, or partner experience.
- Use available data and collaborator input to develop actionable insights and support informed leadership decisions.
- Promote adoption of established processes, tools, workflows, and standards while identifying areas where additional clarity or reinforcement is needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional issues through resolution by clarifying ownership, tracking actions and dependencies, and maintaining follow-through until closure.
- Facilitate timely discussion and decision-making while GCC leaders and team members are online, reducing delays built by limited time-zone overlap.
- Partner with GCC and U.S. leaders to address systemic challenges and implement balanced improvements.
- Provide clear updates to leadership regarding capacity, risks, trends, unresolved issues, and progress against agreed actions.
- Support change initiatives that affect GCC and U.S. teams by helping partners understand expectations, impacts, and responsibilities.
- Maintain role clarity by partnering with, rather than assuming, the people-leadership and day-to-day execution responsibilities of GCC leaders.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to establish trust across geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize patterns, identify root causes, and translate information into practical recommendations.
- Ability to assess workload, capacity, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple work streams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for team members, managers, and senior leaders.
- Proven track record to navigate ambiguity, coordinate across functions, and move issues from identification through resolution.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-through on actions, commitments, and escalations.
