Daycare Teacher - Full-time Lead - 1 year old classroom Base pay range

$14.70/hr - $18.00/hr

Giggle and Grow Child Care is a small, family owned and operated company looking for a new full time teacher (1 year‑old classroom) to provide excellent care and a safe environment for our children.

Previous childcare experience is a MUST. Early Childhood Education degree or CDA preferred, but not required. This is a full‑time position; flexibility and adaptability with the schedule is necessary. Pay to be discussed upon hire, based on experience.

• Creating a safe and welcoming learning environment
• Planning and implementing age‑appropriate lesson plans weekly
• Preparing the children for expectations of the preschool classroom (Circle Time, sitting down for table time activities, independence)
• Effectively communicating with parents on a daily basis
• Supervising classroom activities and having excellent classroom management skills
• Diaper changes and working on potty training at parents’ request
• Maintaining a clean and tidy classroom throughout the day; sanitizing toys and floors at end of shift
• Tracking attendance
• Writing out daily reports on the Brightwheel app for parents
• Ensuring full compliance with all Arizona State childcare guidelines

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain before hire:

• High school diploma or GED
• Level One Fingerprint card
• Negative TB test
• First aid/CPR training
