QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES- Interpret and implement project plans, specs, soil reports, and estimates
- Build and execute efficient construction plans for roadway, sitework, and structural elements
- Accurately calculate materials, equipment, and crew needs for assigned phases
- Lead and supervise crews and subs with clear direction and professionalism
- Track and report daily production, solve on-site challenges, and maintain progress
- Uphold top-tier standards in safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with the project management team to report on job progress
- Operate within and supervise GPS Topcon Base/Rover systems for grade control
- Perform and direct layout work, including pad layout, over-ex, and subgrade prep
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, MAG specs, ADA standards, and other relevant codes
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Blueprint and plan-reading expertise
- Solid grasp of grading, earthwork materials, tools, and methods
- Ability to solve problems calmly and constructively
- Respect for every team member’s role on the jobsite
- Must have clean driving record

Schedule:
10 hour shifts M-Th with occasional overtime.
