A leading heavy civil contractor in the Phoenix area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout and work closely with owners, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors.

• 5+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater construction
• Experience with Design-Build and CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project delivery methods
• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and client relations
• Ability to lead multiple projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
