Experience &
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with state regulations
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
- Help create a calm, positive experience for pediatric patients
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred; pediatric experience a plus
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused demeanor
- Dental assistant certification per state requirements preferred
