INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGIST

Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center is actively recruiting a full‑time Interventional Radiologist to join our growing team. Candidates should have training and experience in Interventional Oncology and an interest in advancing the field. Candidates who have demonstrated strong leadership qualities and a history of program development are highly preferred.

Qualified candidates are required to be A  certified or eligible in Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology. The expanding Interventional Radiology section currently comprises 5 fellowship‑trained interventionalists and 2 advanced practice providers. The section operates an outpatient clinic with support staff and participates in multidisciplinary tumor boards and conferences. The position is 100 % effort in IR with internal diagnostic moonlighting opportunities available if desired.

Designed in collaboration with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, the main campus has state‑of‑the‑art technologies and a rapidly growing interventional oncology program. The candidate will contribute to a highly integrated team of radiologists, interface closely with the multidisciplinary cancer program, and meaningfully participate in research, service, and educational missions. Accepted candidates are eligible for adjunct academic appointments at MD Anderson and the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
