Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona and the Digestive Disease Institute are actively seeking a Per Diem General/Advanced Gastroenterologist to join our multidisciplinary team to cover in central Phoenix and the East Valley.
Job Description:
- Gastroenterologist to support a practice focused on the breadth of general and advanced gastroenterology.
- Access to an ambulatory surgery center attached to the medical center campus.
Highlights:
- Support from Hepatology, Liver Transplant, and Advanced Endoscopy Services.
- Support from General Surgery, all surgical subspecialties, pathology, and radiology.
- Mentor medical students, residents, and fellows at the new Creighton University Health Sciences Campus.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree and board certification.
- Completed ACGME-accredited fellowship training and/or current ABMS board certification in gastroenterology.
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
- Must obtain Arizona medical licensure prior to starting.
