Job Title: Sports Medicine Physician / Shoulder Replacement Surgeon

Location: Hybrid - Gilbert and Mesa, Arizona

Schedule: Full-Time

Practice Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic with an affiliated surgical center

Call: Shared call rotation among the group

Travel: None required

We are seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine with an emphasis on shoulder arthroplasty to join a physician-led orthopedic group in Gilbert and Mesa, AZ. This surgical position offers a high-volume, focused practice supported by skilled physician assistants, in-house imaging, and a dedicated surgical team. Ideal candidates will appreciate the opportunity to concentrate on shoulder care within a collaborative, efficient practice backed by a strong referral network.

• Specialized Surgical Practice: Concentrate on shoulder arthroplasty, rotator cuff repairs, labral repairs, and other advanced shoulder procedures.

• Base Salary: $250,000 – $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience

• Diagnose and treat shoulder conditions including sports injuries, trauma, and degenerative diseases
• Perform shoulder arthroscopy and total shoulder arthroplasty (anatomic and reverse)
• Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure seamless patient recovery
• Collaborate closely with onsite physical therapy to optimize rehabilitation
• Optionally provide sports knee care depending on interest and referrals
• Conduct in‑office procedures such as ultrasound‑guided injections
• Maintain thorough documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)

• Fellowship training in Sports Medicine or Shoulder & Elbow Surgery
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
• Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona (MD or DO)
• Skilled in shoulder reconstruction and joint replacement procedures
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
