Compensation- Salary Range: $300,000 $ 400,000 annually
- Bonus Structure: Percent of Collections
- Sign-On and Relocation Assistance: Negotiable
- Call Requirement: One weekend per month (no overnight or emergency call)

Role OverviewWe re seeking a full-time Palliative Care Physician to join our consultative inpatient team in Gilbert, AZ. You'll work closely with two full-time Nurse Practitioners and an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, consult-based palliative care in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver inpatient palliative consultations for patients with advanced or life-limiting illnesses
- Manage complex symptoms including pain, breathlessness, nausea, anxiety, and agitation
- Facilitate family meetings and goals-of-care discussions with clarity and compassion
- Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and other members of the care team to guide treatment decisions
- Provide emotional and decision-making support to patients and their loved ones
- Educate healthcare teams on symptom control and palliative care principles
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the medical record
- Help foster a care environment grounded in dignity, empathy, and respect
- MD or DO with Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
- Fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine required
