Academic Advisor

Base Pay Range

$42,000.00/hr – $50,000.00/hr

The Academic Advisor will support a roster of students to create success and lead to graduation. This hybrid position focuses on serving students with service, respect, and intentionality, using consistent communication. The role’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a credits earned rate (CER) of 0.5 monthly per student.

Student Progress:
Track and assess progress in completing courses per month; adjust strategies as needed.
Student Support:
Provide support for coursework and refer to ancillary services.
Student Rapport:
Build trusting relationships with students and parents; document communications.
Student Outreach:
Maintain contact centered on success; guide students through courses and graduation; refer to HUBs and other services.
Student Goals:
Create individualized learning plans; update goals; motivate students toward outcomes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

At least 3 years of experience in teaching or leadership.
