High School; Grades 9-12 Spanish Teacher

Gilbert Christian Schools is seeking a full-time high school Spanish teacher (Grades 9-12) for the 2026-27 school year. In addition to teaching in their content area, GCHS teachers serve as disciple rs of their students in all contexts, including weekly small groups.

Candidate must agree with and support Gilbert Christian’s Statement of Faith.

Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Education, Spanish, or a related field. Expertise and experience teaching the subject from a biblical worldview are essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have a teaching endorsement or certificate (e.g., State certification, ACSI certificate) in Spanish and a minimum of three years of teaching experience at the high school level.

Candidates who hold an advanced degree or have completed graduate-level coursework in Spanish and are approved to teach college-level, dual enrollment courses are highly valued.

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance (IVP) card required
