Organize, lead, and instruct recreational programs and activities for participants of various ages. This is a part‑time position.

• Develop choreography and routines and incorporate music.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of participants by enforcing rules, monitoring activities, and responding to emergencies as necessary.
• Provide instruction and guidance to participants of various skill levels, adapting programs to meet the needs of individuals and groups.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and safely.
• Promote participation in recreational activities through community outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and complete necessary forms related to program attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain First Aid; CPR/AED within 30 days of hire date.
• Fitness certification or valid certification for the specific class(es) assigned.
• Six (6) months of formal fitness or classroom teaching experience, or equivalent education and experience sufficient to perform the job.
• Part‑time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Note:

You must be able to commute to Queen Creek, AZ.
