Essential duties include conferring with teachers, supporting individual or small group instruction, implementing IEP-based behavioral plans, and monitoring students to ensure safety.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or 60 college credits or Para Pro; valid Arizona DPS IVP
