Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is looking for a Spacecraft Avionics Integrated Product Team Lead who will own the responsibility for managing and leading a team of multi-disciplinary engineers, spanning multiple spacecraft avionics subsystems, to meet the product team’s program requirements and deliverables on schedule and within cost. This role has the authority to make engineering project management decisions and recommendations that impact new business, program performance, design, development, and mission operations.
The Avionics IPT is responsible for the development and integration of the flight software (FSW), guidance, navigation and control (GNC), altitude control system (ACS), command, data and handling (CDH), electrical power subsystem (EPS), and other subsystems.
This position is based out of either Gilbert, AZ or Dulles, VA.
