Capture Manager, LV/Estimator

The LV Capture Manager / Estimator supports CPG in determining the growth and implementation of all White Space Fit Out aspects of the company. The role involves assisting in the development of low voltage cost estimates and budgets for new projects, solutioning, pricing and proposal phases and the self‑performed cabling portion of our growth strategy.

• Review RFP/RFQ documents and support the RFI process for low voltage and related items.
• Identify project risks and challenges as part of the solutioning process.
• Generate rough order of magnitude or formal estimates for potential LV projects.
• Assist in proposal development of deliverables.
• Maintain an organized database of bid documents and manage kickoff with the Pre Con Manager.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities for CPG.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, pre‑construction, execution and finance teams.
• Collect and assess subcontractor, vendor and supplier quotes.
• Review and assess cost estimates and material requirements.
• Perform site visits to document data for the CPG team.
• Create shop drawings and related documentation for potential change orders.
• Assist estimation and procurement teams to ensure correct material orders and project pricing.
• Perform site walks to assist the estimation team in properly pricing material and labor for new opportunities.
• Travel: 50% local within PHX area, 5% outside PHX, 10% travel total.

• 5–10 years of LV installation/estimation and on‑site project management preferred.
• 2+ years of construction estimating experience with mission‑critical systems.
• Experience in data center environments (batteries, UPS, general maintenance).
• Electrical estimating is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience developing and justifying budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, RS Means, On‑Screen Take Off or similar.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to interpret contract terms and conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving.

• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, estimating software (Accubid, RS Means, On‑Screen Take Off, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
• Experience with fiber testing equipment and related software.
• Procore for vendor management.
