What You Will Do
  • Interpret and convert customer technical data for data buses, RF, point‑to‑point wire harnesses into manufacturing documentation.
  • Problem‑solve and troubleshoot internal production or customer design issues.
  • Recommend corrective or preventive actions to improve product quality or reliability.
  • Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise or support to production teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • Experience with SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling software.
  • Knowledge of industry drawing standards and military specifications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with aerospace harness design, electrical interconnects, integration, and systems for aerospace equipment.
  • Experience with program requirements, equipment performance specs, wire connection lists, wire gauge sizing, and connector selection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple levels.
  • Team‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑moving, complex environment.
  • High initiative, integrity, work ethic, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
