- Assist with scope of work, bid package development, and solicitation of contractors and suppliers.
- Assist with pre‑construction and ongoing meetings.
- Maintain and distribute project schedules weekly.
- Arrange and track permits, drawings, and submittals; process change orders and back charges.
- Record labor, equipment, and all other job costs daily/weekly; code delivery tickets for payment.
- Produce and distribute production and cash flow reports.
- Assist with project closeout: final quantities, final change orders, and final releases.
- Knowledge of production methods and coordination of people and resources.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Strong follow‑through on delegated tasks and assignments.
- Ability to produce timely, high‑quality results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities and handling pressure from owners and other constituents.
- Ability to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years progressive experience in Water / Waste Water Plant construction.
- ADOT/CMAR experience a plus.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Suretrax (Primavera), Prolog/Expedition, and CAD or other design software a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of CSI code, specs and standards.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
