• Assist with scope of work, bid package development, and solicitation of contractors and suppliers.
• Assist with pre‑construction and ongoing meetings.
• Maintain and distribute project schedules weekly.
• Arrange and track permits, drawings, and submittals; process change orders and back charges.
• Record labor, equipment, and all other job costs daily/weekly; code delivery tickets for payment.
• Produce and distribute production and cash flow reports.
• Assist with project closeout: final quantities, final change orders, and final releases.

• Knowledge of production methods and coordination of people and resources.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong follow‑through on delegated tasks and assignments.
• Ability to produce timely, high‑quality results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities and handling pressure from owners and other constituents.
• Ability to travel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years progressive experience in Water / Waste Water Plant construction.
• ADOT/CMAR experience a plus.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Suretrax (Primavera), Prolog/Expedition, and CAD or other design software a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of CSI code, specs and standards.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
