Electrical Engineer

• Author comprehensive test plans, scripts, and procedures while maintaining full requirements traceability.
• Perform hands‑on qualification testing on hardware components, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
• Guide cross-functional groups—including software, hardware, and production engineers—during lab and field test operations.
• Lead formal technical milestone presentations, such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), for key stakeholders.
• Assess output data to identify required updates to test setups, instrumentation, or procedure specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2–4 years of direct test engineering experience.
• Track record of writing formal test documentation, managing data integrity, and conducting verification activities.
• Proficiency with standard laboratory instrumentation, such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators, synthesizers, and digitizers.
• Programming proficiency in MATLAB, C, C++, C , or Python.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

• Background testing electronics within defense, military, or space environments.
• Exposure to environmental stress testing, including thermal vacuum, thermal cycling, shock, and vibration protocols.
• Ability to update or refine automated test scripts that interface directly with hardware.
• Familiarity with lab safety protocols related to thermal chambers, vibration test rigs, and overhead hoisting.
