We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support and configure Operational Technology (OT) systems for manufacturing processes, utilities, and facility control systems in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and program OT systems, including DCS, PLC, and SCADA, according to approved design and functional requirements.
- Serve as an SME for automation applications and process control systems.
- Lead small to medium-sized automation projects and support capital projects.
- Manage OT system lifecycle deliverables, including functional/design specifications, validation, upgrades, and data migrations.
- Troubleshoot control system hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Support system administration, cybersecurity updates, user access, backups, and maintenance.
- Provide technical training and support continuous improvement while ensuring EHS compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Emerson DeltaV or Foxboro I/A DCS
. - Experience with Allen‑Bradley Control Logix PLCs, ladder logic, SCADA, and HMI graphics
. - Knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and computerized system validation (CSV).
- Experience with OSIsoft PI Data Historian is a plus.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing,
FDA regulations, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity
.
