This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor, located in Gilbert, AZ. The Mortgage Loan Processor will manage all aspects of processing mortgage loan applications, from initial submission to final approval. Responsibilities include preparing, verifying, and reviewing loan documentation, coordinating with underwriters and lenders to ensure accuracy and compliance, maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and efficient processing of all loan files.
Staying up-to-date on mortgage lending guidelines and regulations is a key part of this role.
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
- Experience with Loan Processing and familiarity with loan documentation requirements
- Understanding of Underwriting guidelines and practices
- Knowledge of Loans, including conventional, FHA, VA, and other mortgage products
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software and loan origination systems is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in mortgage or finance are a plus
