Position Overview:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter, you'll play a keeprole in attracting and onboarding motivated loan officers to our growing brokerage. This is an in-person role based in our Gilbert office and offers abase salary of $50,000 plus commission, with six-figure income potential.

You'll be supported by a positive, high-energy team environment, providing leads, and ample growth opportunities within the company.

What you'll do:

• Source and recruitqualifiedmortgage loan officers
• Screenand interview candidates, communicating our value and culture
• Develop and manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and company expansion plans
• Maintaina strong presence and professional representation of Barrett Financial Group
