A company is looking for a Director of Finance to manage the finance function and support the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee accounting and finance functions, including close process, AP / AR, payroll, and banking operations
- Manage company financials, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Ensure tax compliance and lead investor reporting and external financial reporting
- 6 – 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Direct experience in both accounting and corporate finance functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition
- Proven experience managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience managing at least one direct report
