Post Closer

• Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.

• Perform thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring all conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines. Deliver complete collateral and trailing document packages as assigned.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in loan files.

• Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain organized records of all closed loans and related documentation.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to Non-QM products.

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and inclusive of communication to our clients and borrowers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage documents.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient in mortgage software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to adhere to production standards while thriving in high-pressure environments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks without compromising quality
