Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented, passionate Hairstylist/Barber to join our luxury salon team. If you have a strong skill set in cutting, coloring, and styling—and love working in a professional, upscale environment—this is your opportunity! This is a booth rental position with unlimited earning potential in a thriving, high‑traffic location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional hair services including cuts, color, balayage, highlights, blowouts, and treatments.
- Conduct personalized consultations to deliver exceptional results.
- Educate clients on at‑home care and recommend salon products.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with Arizona State Board of Cosmetology standards.
