We are seeking a talented, passionate Hairstylist to join our luxury salon team. If you have a strong skill set in cutting, coloring, and styling—and love working in a professional, upscale environment—this is your opportunity!

This is a commission-only position starting at 40% commission with unlimited earning potential in a thriving, high-traffic location.

• Provide professional hair services including cuts, color, balayage, highlights, blowouts, and treatments.
• Conduct personalized consultations to deliver exceptional results.
• Educate clients on at-home care and recommend salon products.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with Arizona State Board of Cosmetology standards.
• Deliver a high-end guest experience to encourage client retention and referrals.

• Licensed Hairstylist in Arizona (AZ State Board of Cosmetology, in good standing).
• 2+ years of hairstyling experience preferred.
• Proficient in modern techniques: cutting, coloring, balayage, and styling.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client demand.
• Professional demeanor and passion for the beauty industry.
