Outpatient Therapist - PRN

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling, including group, individual, and family therapy for patients with psychiatric or substance abuse issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling and relevant state licensure.
• State licensure as per state requirements.
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
