- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients about psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues
- Participate actively in treatment planning
- Provide family counseling to ensure effective communication and support
- Communicate regularly with clients, families, and referral sources
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or relevant licensure
- Experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
- Current unencumbered clinical license as per state guidelines
- CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment
