Responsibilities- Promote the Lifestyle Program, Upgrading, and performing Spa Enhancement Services.
- Proficiency in Swedish & Deep Tissue modalities.
- Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to individual needs.
- Maintain detailed treatment records.
- Treats clients in a professional and caring manner.
- Educating clients on the benefits of massage as part of their overall wellness program.
- Strong desire to help others through the healing benefits of spa services.
- Active AZ massage license, in good standing, and adhere to state regulations.
- Carry massage liability insurance.
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members.
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
