Job Description
Places You’ll Go Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR/OTL) to join our team in Gilbert, AZ.
We offer highly flexible schedules. Are you looking for a small caseload to supplement your income or do you desire a full-time caseload? We will accommodate your caseload accordingly.
Minimum 8 sessions/week required.
About Us: We specialize in home health, primarily servicing the pediatric population between 3 and 17 years old. We are committed to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work in a home health setting, providing personalized and effective occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona State Occupational Therapist License.
- Current CPR certification.
- Article 9 Certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
