A company is looking for an Immunization Strategist.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of systemwide strategic immunization initiatives
Provide oversight for programs ensuring evidence-based standards and protocols are consistently applied
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to analyze outcomes and drive accountability for immunization practices
Required Qualifications and EducationBachelor's Degree required;
Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Population Health, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field
Minimum of seven years' experience in vaccines, clinical practice, public health, or healthcare operations
Experience in leading large scale initiatives and applying process improvement methods
Collaboration with clinical and operational teams to improve practices and outcomes is essential
If degree is in nursing, graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred
