Clear Waves Counseling is a local private practice located in Gilbert providing exceptional mental health care to children, teens, and adults. Services are available in person as well as across all of Arizona via telehealth. We’re looking for a skilled therapist to join our private practice, providing high-quality care through in-person sessions, telehealth, or a combination of both. • Provide high-quality, evidence-based intake assessments and therapy to clients in person, via telehealth, or both to ages 5+.
• Facilitate group therapy.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Case management.
• Adheres to the legal/ethical/professional guidelines adopted by Clear Waves Counseling.
• Adheres to legal/ethical/professional guidelines by the American Counseling Association or other professional affiliation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Master’s level degree in related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable working independently and managing a caseload.

Proficiency with telehealth platforms (training provided if needed).

Thorough and working knowledge of psychiatric and co-occurring disorders is imperative.

Knowledge of most recent DSM/ICD 10 codes and descriptions, psychotropic medication and crisis interventions.

Experience providing therapy to diverse populations.

Active license in AZ (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LAC, etc).
