** Behavioral Framework is expanding and opening a brand-new ABA clinic in Gilbert, AZ — and we’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to step into a clinic-based leadership role with a highly structured schedule, strong administrative support, and the ability to focus on clinical quality without the burden of billable hour requirements.

** What You’ll Do
** As a BCBA, you will:
* Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
* Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
* Conduct parent training and caregiver support
* Complete clinical supervision and case oversight
* Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
* Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
* Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes
** What We’re Looking For
** BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
