Title: Night Guest Attendant
Location: Wood Spring Suites, Gilbert, AZ
Employment type: Full‑time
Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant. The role is the face of the property and the first point of contact for guests, working independently during the overnight shift.
Benefits- Hourly Rate: $16.50 – $18.50 (depends on experience)

- Property inspections – conduct regular physical inspections of the property, ensuring safety and security
- Guest services – assist with after‑hours check‑in/out, providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs
- Laundry duties – wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep laundry area clean and organized
- Cleaning & maintenance – vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; ensure supplies stocked; prep rooms that housekeeping could not clear during the day shift
- Emergency procedures – know and follow property emergency procedures; ensure security of property and guests
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive problem‑solving approach
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
- Lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs
