Title: Night Guest Attendant
Location: Wood Spring Suites, Gilbert, AZ
Employment type: Full‑time

Overview

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant. The role is the face of the property and the first point of contact for guests, working independently during the overnight shift.

Primary Duties
  • Property inspections – conduct regular physical inspections of the property, ensuring safety and security
  • Guest services – assist with after‑hours check‑in/out, providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs
  • Laundry duties – wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep laundry area clean and organized
  • Cleaning & maintenance – vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; ensure supplies stocked; prep rooms that housekeeping could not clear during the day shift
  • Emergency procedures – know and follow property emergency procedures; ensure security of property and guests
  • Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proactive problem‑solving approach
Physical Requirements
  • Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
  • Lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs
