Field Service Representative C-UAS

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with C‑UAS systems to actively support multiple C‑UAS programs utilizing their technical knowledge as a C‑UAS Operator or Field Service Representative (FSR) that can support ATSC C‑UAS programs in multiple roles while being trained to assume a greater role within ATSC C‑UAS programs. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Technical Writer and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.

Develop information necessary to publish safety manuals and technical/user manuals. Receive training as a C‑UAS Field Service Representative (FSR).

Receive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics, etc.

Work directly with C‑UAS engineers to support the development, testing and demonstration of C‑UAS systems.

Work directly with the production team in assembling C‑UAS systems.

Work directly with program management providing assistance where needed.

• Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; as it pertains to the military field environment
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Identify and qualify new and emerging opportunities
• Attend regular status meetings as directed to effectively communicate relevant project information
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

• 2 yrs Military experience with a C‑UAS program as either an Operator/FSR or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred)
• Experience with in the DOD programs
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
• Self‑motivated individual who can work independently or as a team
• Confidentiality and company loyalty are a must
• Able to interface with VIP’s, personnel, international executives, and others
• Able to multi‑task and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills
• Good writing, technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance, Secret Clearance preferred
• Must be willing to travel and work overseas. Approximately 50%

• Work is typically performed in an office or outdoor setting
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
• Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Travel overseas may be required
