Data Analyst

We're hiring a Data Analyst who treats latency budgets like personal grudges and Work-Life Balance like a second language. Reduce it to essentials and you have $51,000 - $81,000, an AZ Data Analyst seat, 1 years asked, and a clear climb ahead.

• Build the values-led MLflow feature that wins back the AZ accounts Walgreens lost
• Write the Databricks integration tests that catch regressions before Gilbert, AZ ships them
• Replace the brittle MLflow hack with a Pandas solution that survives Gilbert scale
• Sit with technology users in Gilbert to learn what the Databricks tool really needs
• Ship ETL Pipelines fixes to Walgreens customers in Gilbert, AZ the same day they report them
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across AZ engineering teams
• Deliver junior-quality features within the $51,000 - $81,000 Data Analyst mandate

• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple work streams
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
• Working familiarity with temporary schedules and team norms at Walgreens
• Solid Work-Life Balance grounding, plus ETL Pipelines you can pick up on the fly
• Equal parts MLflow depth and Pandas curiosity

Most of Walgreens still fits in one Gilbert building, and that scrappy closeness is exactly why its technology work stays sharp. Decisions at Walgreens come with a name attached, because ownership without accountability is just noise.

We offer $51,000 - $81,000, performance bonuses, comprehensive insurance, and the freedom to shape how and where you work.

The posting clock reset today, so the Data Analyst window is wide open.
