• Consult agencies with sound advice and decisions that will lead to profit and growth for the agencies and company.
• Manage territories toward successful results, including profitability, growth, and new business.
• Develop relationships with agencies, field associates and home‑office associates to foster a collaborative team approach to agency success.

• Bachelor’s degree; or
  • Four or more years of insurance‑related work experience and an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation.
