- Participate in structured training covering insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures
- Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
- Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers
- Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses for estimates
- Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems
- High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience, or Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to providing a positive experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic conflict resolution skills with a willingness to learn advanced techniques
