We are seeking Lateral Family / Criminal Law Attorneys of All Experience Levels to join our team across the Phoenix Metro area and throughout Arizona:
Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, Lake Havasu, and Show Low (Hybrid work options available). This full-time, hybrid role is primarily based in Gilbert, AZ. As a Lateral Attorney, you will:

• Manage cases from intake to resolution, including court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings, and filings
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations
• Advise and counsel clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
• Collaborate with a supportive team while managing your own caseload

• Strong expertise in Family Law
• 2+ years of experience handling family law matters
• Experience preparing motions, conducting depositions, and litigating in family court
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong courtroom presence and client communication abilities
  
  Outstanding organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Board Certification in Family Law is a plus, but not required.
• Competitive salary ($80,000 – $160,000), bonus, and performance incentives
