Position: Project Coordinator-Local Hires Only

Role and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of cross functional teams to complete projects within allotted timeline and budget
  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents, tendering and procurement of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are performed in accordance with contractual and quality standards
  • Leads in the administration of established project processes and procedures
  • May conduct project meetings and is responsible for in depth project tracking and analysis
  • Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solution of problems and challenges
  • Responsible for setting up records, files, and supplies required for maintaining a project office
  • Prepare status reports for management, client, personnel or others, and modifies schedules or plans as required
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Monitors and maintains work plans, schedules, budget forecasts, resource plans, and status reports; reports status of all as required
  • Oversees the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Experience with in the Telecommunications industry and Project Coordinator role preferred
  • Must be of good character, dependable and honest, self-starter, result-oriented and a team leader
  • Advanced skills in MS Office with a particularly strong skill set in MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills as assignment will communicate with customers, vendors and upper management
  • Highly organized and motivated
  • Work independently with minimal supervision when required
  • Follow detailed oral and written instructions
  • Valid Drivers License Required

  • Good organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
