- Team Management – As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the continued development of your team. - 3 years in a store manager role; 5 years overall in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to learn inventory software
- Experienced in and Strong Team Management and Motivation Skills
- Ability to learn, develop and train others in technology/software the company uses
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, creative, and collaborative environment
- Open to constructive feedback, and a desire to grow professionally & personally
- Resourceful in problem‑solving and finding solutions
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and high attention to detail
- Personable, adaptable, and outgoing positive attitude
