  You set the ultimate standard. You ensure every customer gets “Sub Above” service and leaves completely satisfied.
• Masterthe Logistics: You keep the gears turning smoothly behind the scenes by handling employee schedules and keeping inventory perfectly stocked.
• Bethe Head Coach: You don’t just manage; you lead by example. You’ll trainthe team, identify and develop talent, and collaborate with upper management.
• Ownthe Outcome: You’re a pro at delegating tasks to your shift leaders, but atthe end of the day, you take ultimate pride and responsibility for the total operation of your store.
• Store Managers are the leader of the store. You’ll manage the operation,support your team, and help create a great environment for both employees andguests.

• Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:1–2 years of restaurant experience (preferred) with at least 1 year in asupervisory role
• Credentials:Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation with adequate insurance, and hold a Serv Safe Certification .
• Availability:Ability to work flexible hours necessary to manage the restaurant effectively, including weekends.

• Capability tostand for long periods of time on hard surfaces
• Frequent bending,stooping and lifting
• Frequent repetitive motion of shoulder and elbow to operate slicer
• Be able to lift 10pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally

$50,000/year + up to $20,000 bonus potential
