We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our entry‑level manufacturing team. This role requires a variety of physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs., moving around the plant, and working outdoors. Competitive pay starts at $20/hr and includes benefits.

• Assist machine operators and perform yard, warehouse, and production duties.
• Clean and maintain machinery, conveyors, and surrounding areas.
• Remove reusable scrap, transport trash and debris away from production areas.
• Keep pallets neat and orderly.
• Prepare for shift production and learn machine mechanics under the lead operator.
• Operate conveyors, ramps, elevators, hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, hydraulic equipment, powered tractors or vehicles as assigned.
• Use hand tools as required.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verify loads leaving the premises.
• Package and label products properly.
• Maintain, verify, and count product inventory.

• Pre‑employment drug screening/background test required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable education, training, and experience.
• Ability to follow company safety procedures and attend weekly safety meetings.
• Demonstrate lock‑out/tag‑out procedures and keep key lock at all times.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs. from ground level.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass internal certification training.
