Base Pay Range$30.00/hr - $34.00/hr
A Day in the LifeYou start your morning at Genuine Machine Products on the receiving line, validating incoming aerospace components with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and the optical comparator. From there, you rotate to in‑process checks on the shop floor, confirming features against drawings and applying GD&T principles to keep production moving. After lunch, you document a First Article Inspection to AS9102 requirements and customer specs, and you wrap up by performing a meticulous final inspection before parts ship to our customers in flight‑critical programs.
