AEROSPACE ASSEMBLER I – support the new facility opening in January 2026. Applications are open and interviews begin December 2025.

  Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Pay: $18 per hour

• Assembly and fabrication of wire harnesses.
• Understand PLI Manufacturing, Customer, and Industry standards and requirements.
• Communicate clearly with the Procurement department and suppliers as needed.
• Work to meet customer and internal production schedules.
• Maintain a high level of integrity when working across departments.
• Identify process improvements.
• Maintain work area to appropriate 6S standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures described in the Employment Handbook.
• Drive to meet or exceed time goals for each job performed.
• Learn to utilize the PLEX operating system for production and job functions.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with measuring equipment such as scales, calipers, micrometers, crimpers, and other hand tools.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute written and verbal instructions such as blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Willingness to obtain internal IPC‑620 and J‑STD certification.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time‑management, and follow‑up skills.
• Basic computer experience (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word).
• Effective communication skills, self‑starter, motivated, punctual.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• Starting pay $18 per hour, eligible for increase upon successful completion of training.
