Multi‑Axis Mill Operator & Setup Technician
Genuine Machine Products | 1433 North Tech Boulevard, Gilbert, AZ 85233
Full-Time | Night Shift | $25–$35 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM — 1:15 AM
Is this you?- A Level 2/3 CNC milling professional who takes pride in precision
- Calm, methodical, and safety-focused on a busy night shift
- Driven to improve processes and share insights with your team
- Operate CNC milling centers to produce parts to exact specs
- Read/interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions
- Load materials and remove finished parts with efficiency and care
- Execute basic setups; communicate tooling requirements proactively
- Measure, inspect, and record production/quality data
- Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and complete all documentation
- Partner with teammates to drive continuous improvement
- 5 years of CNC mill operation and setup (Level 2/3)
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate understanding of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
- Mechanical aptitude, strong math, and clear communication
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Team-oriented problem solver with a strong work ethic
- Equipment troubleshooting
- CNC tooling
- CNC programming
- Standing for long periods
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfort around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
