We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and are experienced in caring for patients requiring close monitoring but not intensive care.
Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule:
36 hours per week
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights may vary)
Workdays:
Sunday through Saturday (flexible scheduling)
Start Date:
ASAP
Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
Minimum 1–2 years of recent PCU or step-down experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
