We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) . This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and are experienced in caring for patients requiring close monitoring but not intensive care.
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Schedule:
36 hours per week - Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights may vary)
- Workdays:
Sunday through Saturday (flexible scheduling) - Start Date:
ASAP
- Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent PCU or step-down experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
